EVENT PLANNING DAY OF HELP


In house event planning assistance and management for “day of” operations available from caterer’s in house staff. This includes: conversations with client leading up to the event regarding space being used, permits- if applicable, consultations regarding lay out, set up of table décor/centerpieces, favors, décor for gift tables, menu boards, directing guests, meetings with vendors on day of, vendor coordination for the event/confirmation and timeline management throughout. Inquire within for a quote based on your needs. This is perfect for those clients that do not have a day of wedding coordinator. Available at an hourly rate of $50.


DAY OF COORDINATION- WEEK OF COORDINATION


Deja Blu Catering proudly recommends several wedding and “day of” only planners to assist brides from complete wedding planning, week of or day of coordination only. From initial vision of your event right up to rehearsal arrangement, procession, shuttles, timeline preparation and final strike. Please inquire for contacts information.
